Frozen Yogurt Propoints

Does anyone know how many propoints are in frozen yogurt?

Would really help me out to know!!

Hmm if its a similar portion size as a yoghurt, I'd go with roughly 4/5pp (as it would probably be full fat yoghurt!)

Hi hannata - that makes sense - I tracked it as low fat yogurt as the menu said low fat frozen yogurt - hard to know but I have some spare weeklies so I should be ok.... thanks for getting back to me!
