Okay, So I'm on my 9th week @ SW & have lost 16.5 lb (50lb In Total)...Feeling great & very enthusiastic BUT...

My husband has just made a Cadburys & Mcvities Choccy Digestive Slab Cake, for him and his business partners pack lunch tomo....

Its sat in the fridge...looks sooo good. I've had a banana and a pint of water and really want to resist munching a bit.

Anyone know any low syn snacks I can have to fix my sugar craving lol :) x

Nothing that could counteract that kind of sugar / chocolate hit! If it were me I'd just go to bed. Sleep is quite good for resistance.
