i gave up white bread 10 weeks ago and i feel better for it - carbs are a big downfall for me - but now i feel so much less bloated its unbelievable! - i only eat wholemeal warburtons thins now, and i actually prefer them to normal sliced bread now xxx
i agree, there are some things that just NEED white bread with them... for me, bacon sandwiches have to have white bread! and also if i am going to dip bread in an egg, it has to be white bread! lol ...
Haven't had white bread in 6 months, you might as well be eating a piece of cake. White pasta, white rice I also avoid. Definitely an easy one, this. Their replacements taste so much nicer.
I don't eat bread at all anymore and haven't for about 3 months now, I can see and feel a difference straight away and I'm not bloated like I used to be. No excuses for being tubby now though
