Thursday - today is probably going to be a very OTT calorie count. I'm heading to London and meeting friends for an evening picnic in the park (31° today!). That probably means biscuits and carby things, but I'll donate healthy things to the pot and we'll see how it goes.
As for the morning, I had a pink lemonade tea after my run for c. 80 calories. Then I've made a very early lunch (eating at 11am) of steak salad. Steak is about 250 cal, then 170 in oils and 50 more in vegetables for 470 total. That means 550 before I get to London.
