Got to be good!

I have fallen off the wagon in a rather spectacular way! :break_diet:

I reached my own personal target saturday 24th Oct and then went on a mad eating spree as follows:

Friend's daughter's wedding
Kids Hallowe'en party: lots of Hallowe'en sweeties, cakes and crisps
Mates around to watch Most Haunted on Hallowe'en - more junk food than you can shake a stick at!
This week mopping up the leftover cakes sweets etc

I'm now too scared to get back on the scales, but whatever the damage is, I've got to lose enough to get into my suit skirt for my Master's graduation ceremony in 2 wks time!!! :eek:

So, you heard it here. I'm going to be so good and go to the gym 3x a week at least until 19th Nov!!!
