Hi Folks

I'm new here. English chap living in Brussels.

94kilos right now, 181cm, looking to get down to 82.5

Main driver is that I hope it stops my snoring as I'm banished from the bedroom until I can do something about it :cry:

I have successfully lost a similar amount five years ago, but gradually put it back on (Belgian beers!!!). Good news is that I couldn't care less for sweet things and love savoury/salad/veggies, so I'm having a go on Atkins.

Looking forward to sharing experience with you!
