Hi,

My MIL has offered to take us out for dinner tonight as it's the last evening before we return to work tomorrow. As I only re-started SW yesterday I wanted to make the best choice for me. I am on an EE Day. Would someone be able to look the syn values up of the following dishes:

New Honeydew & Water Melon
Energy 73(kcal), Protein 1.8(g), Carbohydrate 15.8(g), Sugar 11.6(g)Fat (g)Saturated fat (g), Salt 0.3(g),

Free Food value is Melon

Grilled Sea Bass
Energy 356(kcal), Protein 43.9(g), Carbohydrate 9.0(g), Sugar 1.3(g), Fat 16.0(g), Saturated fat 4.0(g), Salt 0.5(g)

Free food is Seabass (white fish)

Jambalaya Stack

Free Food value is Rice.

Hi! Take a look in the eating out part of the forum as there are quite a few threads about Harvester already but I would be surprised if all the dishes are listed

You cannot work out the syns from this info alone as you also need to know the portion size

So your best bet is to use some common sense and go for the healthy options

Thanks Circes, I only up had a main which was Seabass with a baked potato (no butter) and green beans. I am having a Green Day and syn the seabass.
