I'm new on here, so I may be calling on you lovely people for some help (I'm so useless with technology so hope I don't fail miserably). Hoping you may be able to help me on my mission to loose 2 and a half stone. I joined Slimming World last Monday so first weight in Monday. I have found the week relatively easy, and have been extremely surprised how much I can eat, coupling this with some gym work I am so looking forward to this long journey. I noticed this site when googling foods for the syn values that I couldn't find on the Slimming World page and decided to join, knowing you experienced guys will be able to point me in the right direct to get tips, recipes and answer some of my questions. I hope I can also share some of my gained knowledge with others.
