Hi *Fancyfairy*, Welcome to the forum.
Well done in getting to grips with starting on your weight loss programme. Don't know much about PCOS except it can be quite painful I believe. As a sufferer of an arthritic condition I am in pain most days so I am well aware of that aspect of things.
