    Feel weird being here because I'm a man but I hear you have good SW recipes and I'm about to join SW.

    I'm already training hard but need to get my diet in order.

    Hi Gandalf, welcome and I hope your journey goes well for you. The important thing is to set yourself achievable goals which you can cross off and move onto the next one. Your BMI is already reducing and will soon be under 30, which is a massive boost to your health. Keep your focus and you will succeed.
