Hi Im Lianna, new to this Forum but definately not new to slimming world, ive done it loads of times and lost weight then gone off track and put it back on but this time i am chaning my lifestyle and food optimising rather than going on a diet!!!
You sound exactly the same as me. I have done Slimming World numerous times and keep yo yoing with my weight but this time Im not thinking of it as a diet! Im combining it with exercise too so definitely a change of lifestyle. Ive only been on the forum just over 24 hours and have found so much inspiration, more than ive ever had in the past!!
