what diet you follow really depends on why/how you became overweight in the 1st place!
I know what to eat to lose weight , i know what makes me fat, but i just cant STOP myself..............for that reason i need a VLCD with councilling otherwise i will just lose the weight then eat myself into oblivion afterwards! There are many people who just over the years gain a bit here and there and before they know it they have heaps to lose, and they can quite happily follow a sensible eating plan and lose weight. You need to know your relationship with food. Do you use it as a comfort? USe it to destress? Boredom? Sometimes we dont realise we are emotional eating.
