Hi and good luck on CD, advice is tricky but i would say dont keep weighing yourself, if you need support come on here theres lots of advice and help always available or even if you are having a bad day and need to have a moan, keep focused on you goal and drink plenty of water thoughout the day stops the hunger, be prepared for the first few days was like torture to me, very hungry headaches, soon passes. good luck


  • Keep busy the first few days
  • drink lots of water - hot cold, still sparkling, it doesnt matter
  • Buy yourself some nice peppermint tea
  • don't reward your self with food. Get a massage, manicure, even some new make up.
  • Measure yourself
  • Don't be a scales junkie
  • Don't derail because you've had a bad day
  • Food will still be there when the diet finishes
  • Make friends with the arcade at the top
  • Come on here for support
