I'm a newbie too.
I'm doing the SW extra easy plan but I don't go to group. I do have all of the booklets, I'm just finding it all very confusing if I'm honest. Reckon I should try and get myself to a group?
My job means that I work long hours and so sometimes struggle to commit to going to group.

Have you used the slimming world app that finds groups where you live? You can go to any group on any day during the week! Whatever suits you.
