Hi
I am 34 years old,one son one hubby and a stone or so to lose.

I lost 6stone on my own before,put 2 stone back on joined sw with my hubby and son and lost 2 stone,given up sw and have gained a stone,bit of a pattern here!

Not sure what to do now!

Live in South Bucks,have four spaniels and I'm a dog walker.

Site looks really good,I hope it will help me decide what to do next!

Why not have a look at either WW, SW or tesco online websites and see which one would be better for you

And have a look at the sections on here too and see how everyone is doing.
