Hi - I hope you're all well. I've joined slimmers world on-line a couple of weeks ago and so far have lost no weight at all. I've done slimmers world before and it worked well. I've been doing mix n match and stuck to it. It seems to allow you to eat alot more now. How's everyone else getting on - I'm really disheartened. I'm five feet two and am about a stone overweight. I put weight on when I got married about eleven years ago.
