Hi guys, I'd be so grateful if someone can help me out with the syn values for Dairy Farmers thick and creamy light yogurt, 99% fat free, 60% less sugar. Thank you so much!

It's got a free food component, dairy, free on all plans

It isn't fat free though, its 99% fat free, i.e 1% fat. Also like Patchworkpuss said the sugar content may amount to syns, though it has less sugar than activia fat free so maybe not?

Only plain (non-flavoured) fat free yoghurt is free. If they add flavouring it often adds sugar which is not free so you need to calculate it.
