Can someone tell me what some SIMPLE and EASY rules are for your evening meal

how many cals
how many carbs
how much fat etc etc

I'm a vegetarian and im struggling :sigh::sigh::sigh:
 
Ahh ru TOTALLY veggie? Eggs, tofu, cheese, salads/stir-fries are all ok, whatever it is it MUST be low carb. I have no idea of the carbs in Quorn & soya products BUT try ringing the phone number on Celeb Slim's website, they are very helpful. Good luck!

ps fat & calories aren't really an issue BUT I try to get lower fat cheeses & mayo anyway.
 
Not being a veggie im not totally sure what is available to you but id say try stick to the 1/4 protien v 3/4 veg deal for your meals , although im not sure whats out there protien wise for veggies im sorry.
