I know its a bit short notice but im eating out tonight and i just dont wanna make the wrong choices :( i know the menu is a bit long but if anyone has a chance to look through the menu links on the left could you please let me know which of the main meals would be the lower pointed options on ww please??

Hmmmm.....I would go for (for best pointage)

Starter: Either chicken satay (ask for sauce on the side) or Mee Soto (noodle soup).
Main: Grilled fish or one of the stir fry options i.e. oyster sauce, black bean sauce, kong poh. I would avoid: thai green/red curry, penang curry, sweet and sour or anything fried i.e. fried rice, pan fried. Don't eat a whole portion of rice/noodles and go for boiled rice.
Pud: Sorbet.
