Hi 
Please could anyone advise me of the syn value for a tin of herrings in tomato sauce? Can't find them anywhere.
They are from Lidl. Had them pre SW and they are very tasty, but don't want if expensive in syns.
I thought about whether they would just be the same as Mackerel but don't want to take the chance.
