I wi at ww was last sunday and it looks like ive gained 4lbs since last week lol wasnt happy lol.The class was alot better losts of chatting and not selling any products lol like ww do!
Im going to try the green day this week sounds good lots of reading to do and i hate reading lol.
Well done on ure loss last nite chic!
can i just ask u wot do u have for breakfast ? im stuck on wot i can have im not a cereal person u see.!

hi, im doing an extra easy today, i cant seem to get on with green days, im not into cereal either so today i had 2 eggs on 2 toast then i can decide what day i am having at lunch time.
Breakfasts, mushroom omelette, egg on toast, just toast, bacon eggs and mushrooms, tinned spaghetti on toast, some times its just cold meats (red day or extra easy) with boiled egg and crispbreads.

you could always make a eggy tortilla thing the night before then chuck it in the micro when you get up
