anyone know how many syns in belvita biscuits and can i use them as a healthy extra

All flavours 3 syns each on green, red or ee except for Wholegrain fruit n' fibre 2 and a half each, and yogurt crunch =6 syns each. Looked through the HEs and new HEs on the websute - they don't seem to be a HE yet I don't think

No they are not a HEB because they are really just biscuits with a clever marketing campaign. Not enough fibre to count as a HEB sorry. Oh and by the way the syns are per biscuit not per little pack of biscuits.

Sorry I missed that info out as I've never actually had them or seen in the packet; just seen the advert but it did make me think about trying them. Think I will stick to my fruit and fibre!
