A couple of questions please.

Are 2 Weetabix still a Hex B?
And......are Weetabix Oaty bars still a Hex B?

hey...im a newbie...but as far as i know...2 weetabix are still a HexB in the extra easy book

2 weetabix are still a HEb on Extra Easy. But the only bars that are HEb are Alpen light bars (any kind) and Kellogs All Bran Honey and Oat bars.

If they're a healthy extra on green, they should also be a healthy extra on EE. Ask your consultant or email SW to double check.

Anything that is a HEx on original (red) or green days is also a HEx on EE. Although I believe you are allowed only one of each, not two.

I did know that you could have one Oaty bar and I can only usually manage one weetabix in the morn, so I'm sorted. thanks everyone!!!

Xassy - I think Laddiesboy meant only one HEXB on EE as opposed to 2 HEX on green / red. So, yes you need to be having 2 weetabix as that is what is considered to be a HEX portion. 1 Oaty bar is 1 HEX, it has never been 2 of those.
