Just thought I'd say hi, I'm from west London too, I know there's a slimming world in Hammersmith. I'v just started a Vlcd to lose 7 stone so will be on minimins for the long haul, think I'll need quite a bit of support too. Good luck with slimming world.

Hi leash I am from westbourne park not to far from you. I have decided to continue with ww and stop fooling myself it's the programme when it is me hope you all the best and stay positive
