Hi guys,

After almost a YEAR of deliberating I finally joined a SW group last week!

Pretty proud of myself to be honest - it's so unlike me to do something like this but I knew I needed to change.

I'd been trying to do it on my own but I was finding it too hard.

So that's all really. I just wanted to say hi. I came across the forum when researching and it looks like a fab place for some midweek support and to pick up some top tips and stuff.

I'm following Extra Easy and loving it so far. It was so hot today and just as I got in from work I heard the ice cream van. A twister lolly - 4 syns!

Hi Alice, like you, I started sw last Week I have had my first weigh in tonight and I have lost 4lb I am so happy!

Thanks it's the most I have ever lost in 1 week so I am determined to keep up the good work I want that half stone award!! X
