    Hi everyone :)

    I thought I would join this board as it seems very active atm.

    Currently setting my goal at 1500cal a day and see how i get on. Also limiting my fat intake to 5% per 100g. Following the principles of Rosemary conleys diet.

    If you would like to buddy up that would be great as I need the motivation! :)

    Day 1

    Wheatabix mini nut and raisan with s/s milk- 200cal
    Tropical smoothie 100cal
    x2 Nescafe mochas 180cal
    Kit kat 4 finger 233cal.
    Coop Tomato and bean soup 250cal
    Dairylea dunker 111cal


    Total so far 1073


    Dinner will be: Salmon fishcake, mashed carrot and sweet potato and vegetables 400cal

    Drinks: s/f red bull. Water

    Gym: Spin class with and extra 30min warm up on bike. Walk to gym and back.

    Yeah lets buddy up, it will spur us both on.
    So what diet are you doing? Low cal? And how much are you looking to lose?

    I'm sticking with a low cal under 1500 diet atm with low fat, so hopefully I might see a result. Its really hard as temptation is everywhere. And I have had a couple of slips already in the form of a kit kat! oopsie! But I did include it in my calories tho :p

    Kit kat 233 cal.
    Skinny mocha 90 cal.
    Ww chicken potato and leek soup 80cal. Roll and butter 100cal
    Hot chocolate 300 x2 shortbread 140
    Grill steak, new potatoes, swede and carrot mash. brocolli and brussel sprouts.

    Went over my calories today! oopsie

    Drinks: Water
    Exercise: Walking

    Awww why don't you feel organised? I just plan what i'm gunna eat, exercise etc.. and try my hardest to stick to it xxxx

    The diets going really well, can't believe that I've been doing it for 3 weeks, has flown by and has been so easy thanks to this forum & the people on it.
    Im hoping to lose 25lbs but may want to lose more, not sure yet, Im sticking to a low cal diet, started on Slim fast but couldn't hack it. I then went down to 1400 cals a day but now go between 1000 & 1300.
    I do have my own diary in the diaries section altho I've only got 1 person who posts on it lol. xx

    I tried slimfast and couldn't stand the stuff, also tried celebrity slim and that was even worse!!

    Day 3

    Weatabix mini raisan and nut and s/s milk 200cal
    Skinny latte 100
    Mocha 90
    Jacket potato with beans and cheese 400
    Rice crispie bar 158

    Thai curry with chocolate mouse 520cal (m&s)
    x2 fox biscuits




    Drinks: Water

    No exercise today

    Thats not bad at all!
    Im sure you burnt enough calories at gym to make up for going slightly over foodwise.
    I think of it like this, even if you have gone over what you said you would, as long as you're not stuffing your face it wont make a difference :D

    Soph, you are doing fabulous!

    The only thing I can suggest is maybe cutting the mochas/lattes/hot chocs to 1 a day at the most if at all. You will find that it is just empty calories. If you cut back or cut them out then you will notice a huge difference.

    Of course, if you're like me, addicted to hot drinks, it can be difficult :s

    You are doing really fabby though hun :) xx

    Unfortunatly i'm addicted to hot drinks especially caffeine.

    The lack of calories is affecting my head, as I edited my plan yesterday and kept the soup in making it an extra 250 cal when I didn't even have it lol!!

    Didn't go the gym either....lame excuse but I was tired! :(

    Mini challenge- cut down on the caffeine. Increase the water.
    Gym x3 a week.

    White coffee
    Nutrigrain strawberry
    Skinny latte
    Coop tomato and beans soup. Walkers baked chrisps salt and vinegar.
    Fruit salad
    Piece of quiche and coleslaw. Aero bubbles eeek!!

    Drinks: Water

    i was doing 1000 a day - think i was being too hard on myself and ended up having massive binge. i will try with 1500 a day from 2moro.
