Hi everyone, I've been on this forum before (LL, CD and SW) but have been calorie counting for the last week, last week the loss was around 1lb a day but now it's just sort of stopped!

I'm not sure I'm doing it right though, I'm having between 1000 and 1200 calories a day so am worried that that is too low.

Any tips greatfully received but will go off and read some posts.

I'm also blogging about it hoping that will provide some extra motivation.

I'm looking to lose around 3stoneish by April, I've no idea if that's achievable!

Looking online it says I need to eat 2508 a day on the food focus site.

My calories for the last week were
M:1251 - 1257
T:1128 - 1380
W:1452 - curse the cheese sandwich! - 1056
T:1209 - 1299
F:1055 - 1453
S:1441 - 1067
S:902 - 1600

Total deficit over the wk of 9112 so does that mean I should've lost around 2.5lbs last week?

Do all those figures look right?

The technical stuff is all well and good but it doesnt always work out scientifically ie, plataeus (SP?)

You are best giving yourself a calorie limit ie between 1200 -1400 and trying to sstick to it for a couple of weeks. If you haven't lost anything then lower it to 1000-1200 and see if you lose with that?
