Hi Aqua, are you still going? I started 5 November so I am 5 days in on SS. Doing ok although home scales haven't moved in 3 days. Hoping there will be a sudden plummet by Sat lunchtime when I have my official weigh in. Have a hideous 8 stone to lose to get back to ideal weight but super motivated!

Would be great to hear from others who are doing Cambridge for motivation and support.
