Hi everyone~~

hey there, welcome to minimins. i am on the same sort of diet plan as you, trying to eat right and exercising every day, real hard work and obviously a slower process but it seems to be working OK for me so far. Good luck with it hun, and if you have any tips etc- let me know! need all the help i can get! x

i always believes consume less calories and exercise is the best weight to loss weight although it might take more time!! Good luck to u too!
My tips.....play silly with my 5 years old little girl everyday to burn more fat......haahaa.....
and i also need all yr guys tips to keep me going as well:D
 
Like you I go every day (Mon to Fri anyway!). I do cardio & weights Mon, Wed & Fri for approx 1hr & then interval training (walk/run) for 30mins on the treadmill Tues & Thurs.

What's your programme like? x
u really do work hard, well done :p
i mainly use the cycle, treadmill, cross training machine( not quite sure what they called:eek:) to burn around 400 cals, then i will do some toning afterwards if i got the time ('cos it takes me nearly an hr to burn those 400 cals)
i sometimes take sunday off the gym:rolleyes:
