Well done you that's a great start keep up the great work ! Welcome I'm new here too . I started weight watchers today . I have also done SW but for me I have been on and off it for two years . The food is fab and I really enjoyed it . I just lost motivation . So I thought I needed a new start on a different diet to try and boost myself . Best of luck too you .
