Hi I'm new to slimming world!!

    Hi, my names steph, I'm starting slimming world tomorrow as I need to lose around 3 stone! I'm thinking of doing the 7 day slim fitness DVD along side this as it's in short 10 minute bursts and I work long hours so find it hard to fit in the gym! Will this work? Also any hints and tips to keep me on track of the diet in the first few weeks would be amazing, thanks x

    Hello Steph!! Welcome!! Have a nice and pleasant journey to the new slim world;-) Any way of activity is good. Being active helps to forget about the food for at least some time))) O am new here too. Wish you a good luck!

    Thanks :) am thinking of doing the 7 day slim DVD as it's only 10 mins and I work 13 hours a day so struggle to find time! I have my weekends off so thinking of gym at that point but think I've got so use to doing nothing that I have let the weight pile on! It wasn't until I had a slight meltdown when trying a dress on that I realised I need to change! X

    Hi Steph, I started 2 weeks ago and lost half a stone already! I haven't felt hungry and it really doesn't feel like a diet! Make the most of your syns and use wisely, that's what I am trying to do as I've not really been using them to their potential! Doing exercise will boost your weight loss, but just make sure you're eating enough too, as if you exercise it will mean you need more calories.

    Hi Steph!

    I started last week, my first weigh in is tonight :) I haven't found it really hard to stick to the plan and I enjoy coming up with new ways to use free and superfree foods :)

    I hope tonight will show that I have stuck to the plan properly! A little nervous tbh ;)
