Hi

My name is Julie and I have been dieting since my early 20's I am now 48 ! so its been a lomg long time. I had a gastric bypass 7 years ago I was 21 sone 9 at that time I did manage to loose 8 stone but have put 3 back on ! I have a back injury called Lumbar Spinal Stenosis which makes me quite unactive I am in constant pain and am hoping to under go surgery later on this year but the specialist says that I have to loose as much weight as I can from now until then . I now weigh 17 stone 1 lb size 20 - 22. After my by pass I did get to 14 stone size 16 I know thats still large but after being a size 28 previously size 16 was a miracle to me .
My downfall is wine I love it I can never stop at 1 glass I have to have the bottle ! I have decided to do the WW Pro Points. I do have some books and all the magazines I cant afford to join on line as yet until pay day at the end of the month.
Could anyone let me know how many points I should be eating a day ?

This would be very much appreciated.

Not sure how many propoints you should be on but the minimum number per day is now 26 and the weekly 49 too. Hope this helps.
