Hi All
Newbie to the diet scene, i am currently following the slimming world diet but due to finacial restrictions at the moment i am unable to spare the cash to join a group.
My friends have been on the slimming world diet for a couple of years and i have seen the results. i am still trying to get my head round it all but hopefully in the next couple of months i will be able to join the online group.
i need to lose about 1.5 stone so i will keep you posted
