Hi there and :welcome:to minimins. First of all I would say not to worry about the fat you are eating, fat really isn't the baddie it's made out to be and is good for you if you're not eating carbs. It's carbs that can cause our blood sugar to rise and fall rapidly which can lead to feeling hungry, eating more carbs and continues the viscious circle.


Have you had a chance to look at the atkins board on the forum yet? There are some good recipes there and help from other members who are doing well on low carb. I don't know how long you were on it for but you see results very rapidly although the first week can be tough. Good luck!:)
