Green Day Homemade meat free vegetable burgers / fingers

Ooooh. I'll hash mine together with some allotment veg - so this weekends pickings will be onions, spring onions, baby pots (will mash them with skins on, yummy), peas, green beans, carrots and mangetout. IF I'm lucky my sweetcorn are ready too

I'm looking forward to it already. Might have it for dinner tomorrow then sat breakfast is sorted too

VEGGI BURGERS

Fry off courgett, grated carrot, onion, mixed peppers some cooked sweet potato some crushed red kidney beans from a tin add crushed garlic chillie a little smoked paprika fresh herbs of your choice i use chives corriander and origano salt and pepper add a little grated parmesan optional. pulse in a prosseser, form into small patties. i like to cover in fresh breadcrumbs mixed with parsley made using my heb, chill in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. cook in the oven untill golden x

Thanks for the veggie burgers receive ill give it a go... I've got some breadcrumbs in a jar, can I use then as a heb?

i should think so but not 100% sure i just use my heb bread and use that to make my breadcrumbs x

I don't eat bread so don't have any to make breadcrumbs... Think ill ask the question first
