How do add a ticker then peeps??

i think you have to have made 50 posts first. i want to add mine but it wont let me yet.if you find someone who has one click on the ticker addy and it will take you to the site to make your own then click get code and you can use this in your signature after 50 posts.

You can add a ticker as soon as you register you dont have any post limitations on them
