Says in my handbook ther's 1 point in a plain 13g digestive biscuit!

erm it may say 1 point in book, but it really is best to try and find the exact values off the product itself as with biscuits it really does vary quite a bit some can be 1 other 3 or 4 points per one which brand was it do you know?

Oh my god... i just checked my packet of digestives and there's 1.5pts in them...can't believe it!! how stupid do i feel, thankfully i've saved pts every week but obviously not as many as i thought! Thanx smirky!
