How many daily points you have depends on your gender, weight and age. So obviously it varies. The lowest daily amount you can have is 29pp. Everyone (whether you weigh 8 stone or 18 stone) gets 49 weekly points that you can either dip into for a special occasion/dinner out or spread throughout the week to add to your dailys.
