How many PP should i be on?

Hi could someone help me work out how many pro points I should be on please. I joined earlier in the year but only did one week. So never got the books or to find out how many pro points I should be on. Totally sick of going back and forth so this is it. There is no classes near me so have to do it alone.

I'm 37 years old, 12 st 8 lbs and I'm 5'3.

I worked it out as 37pp daily and 49pp weekly. Hope this helps x
