How much did you lose when you got SOTW?

Thought it would be interesting to see who's won SOTW and what was your weight loss that week

I'll start, I lost 5lbs, and got joint SOTW with another lady

I have won SOTW 5 times twice I have lost 1.5 lb twice a I have lost 1 lb and once I lost 2lb

My SOTW was a loss of 5lbs...only just joined but i have to say winning this is much more of a goal then the 1/2 stone or stone awards...maybe its the competitive instinct in me that wants to beat others!!! (but obviously not wishing them to fail!!)

I get it most weeks which has got really embarrassing and I think they hate me. The worst was when I won it for losing 0.5, I gave them a chance! I'm always so pleased for other people when they get it. Quite a relief actually!

How is SOTW chosen? I'm new to all this and at group a few weeks ago the lady beside me was SOTW and had lost 3lb. But there was another woman at group that night who had lost 7lb.....I was very confused!

Was it the other ladies first week? Or had she gained the week before?

You have to be the highest loser who also lost or STS the week before.

i have lost sow 6 times ranging from 1.5lb loss to 3lb

I got it when I lost 3lbs. I've been close a few times but lost out by 1/2 a pound lol!
