How to Calculate Syn Values

WW have an easy 'slider' method of calculating the Points in any food. Is there a similar way of calculating SYNS? I would like to know the SYN value of Aldi's Savoury Oat Nibbles.

The cheese and chilli are 6 syns and the cheese and chive ones are 5.5 syns. I usually use the SW app but as a general rule if there is no free food allowance then it's 20 cals = 1 syn.

There's no easy method as some foods have a free foid allowance. Just use the syn calculator online or on the app
