Thanks Squiddie for this thread and congratulations on being able to buy the clothes you want! That is wonderful.
I love SW because it's giving me back my confidence while enabling me to eat plenty.
I never feel deprived, and just love not having to count anything (except HEX's and syns).
I eat and drink plenty of everything I enjoy and SW has made re retrain my brain with regards to good eating!
I also love not having my tum touching my lap when I sit!!
Without SW I would have never found this forum (I googled a question about SW and minimins popped up!) and not met up with so many wonderful people.
