I've got Waitrose pea & ham soup. According to Syns online it's 11 syns for whole pot :eek: but if I do syn calculator allowing for the peas (first listed ingredient) as part of free food then it's only 3 syns a pot. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!

I'm eating it anyway but REALLY peeved that it would/could be 11 syns. What a bl00dy waste!

Ingredients: water, peas, onion, ham, celery, cornflour, salt, lemon juice, pepper.

I can hardly imagine there is 11 syns for ham and cornflour.

Sorry gals....rant over!
 
Thanks. Emailed my C and she said she'd count 3 as well. But I don't understand how they calculate it for the syns online? What if I hadn't used the calculator - it's such a huge difference. I've had this happen with Covent Garden soup too. Guess I should just make my own!
