Hi all,

I've just swapped from SW (i'd got to a plateau) and moved over to JUDDD as I've heard some good things about it.

Hoping to lost an average of 2lb a week up until my wedding in September. (Want to be 11.7 at the most!)

I've been on the website and it says I should be eating 443 on a DD and 2217 on an UD, i'm going to do at least 3 gym classes a week and hopefully this will get me to my target.

Would be greatful if you could follow my progress and keep me on track. :)

My week so far...
Tues (DD)
cup a soup - 57
WW steam & serve chicken chop suey - 203
Alpen light bar - 65
Feast ice-cream (bite size) - 160
Total = 485
50 min Circuit training = 547

Weds (UD)
Porridge - 250?
2 ryvita - 79
2 laughing cow light triangles - 50
Co-op Chicken pizza - 1170
Onion rings - 266
Garlic mushrooms - 249
Total = 2064

Thurs (DD)
Roast pork 9oz - 366
Steam fresh veg - 47
Gravy granuales - 24
Alpen light bar - 65
Total = 502
Kickbozxing 1 hour = 691
