Ideas for how to stick to SW when away

I just rejoined tonight but am away for a few days in the uk next week and really want to stick to diet as much as poss!!! Any ideas for coping? We r in a travellodge so gonna be eating out a lot

Try to make sensible choices when your out and get your 3rd free. Don't be afraid to ask for things cooked how you like them so veg cooked without oil / butter and grilled rather than fried. I usually ask for a jacket instead of chips with things like steak or extra large salad instead of chips with a burger. Stick to tomato based sauces rather than creamy ones. Don't go out to eat absolutely starving maybe have an apple before you go that way your head will rule over your stomach.

Dont be too hard on yourself and enjoy your time away. Have a little bit of what you fancy and make healthy choices. You've made the first step on the road to slimville so be proud of yourself for that. Have a great time! Xx
