I'm sitting here on my lunch break staring at a box of 24 Millie's cookies I bought for my team as it's my last day.
I haven't touched them! I can smell them I even lifted the box up to have a proper sniff but I won't be tempted!
I'm sitting here smiling at myself as these are my absolute favourites and before LL I would totally stuffed my face in with them!
Not anymore though! I'm happy with my bar thank you!

I surprised myself today!
We went out for a meal and drinks after work and I sat there with my water watching them tuck in to all this lovely food.
That's how I used to be in my LL peak. Nothing could make me lapse!
I'm glad I've found my will power again
