Im back again to try vlcd to become happy once again!! 4 years ago I did cambridge and lost 5 stone but put it back on with more so im back again. Ive tried restart several times since but never happened but her I go again.
Few issues though using up some packs I have from last year about 2 weeks worth but then no counsellor close by now so may have to switch to a different brand which is scary as always found cambridge to be the tastiest especially the bars, but will tackle that problem once ive tackled the restart. After today I will NEVER be 20 stone again and thats my promise to myself!!!!
