Snap! I also restarted last Monday - hope its going well so far? This is day 6 ans so far 100% for me - but definatley harder the more times you restart. First time round everything was new and exciting and each pound lost was pure insperation. For me i no longer count in pounds but stones - and want to run before i can walk.................... and therefore make it tough on myself. I can't wait to get back in the zone and not have to keep saying NO to myself...
