Can someone let me know if balsamic vinigar is free on slimming world? If not, what is the syn value? Thanks

Balsamic vinegar is FREE on SW but the Balsamic salad dressing is 2.5 syns per tbsp

Yer thats what confused me and i love balsamic vinegar so thats good.

It confuses a few people but if you look in your book it will say that all types of vinegar is free. I've just discovered it - enjoy!!
