Im starting Slimming World tomorrow!

    Hi all any tips Im starting the Slimming World diet tomorrow (can't wait)! I have done it before and lost 3 and half stone in 5 and half months! But put it all back on and more! Can't wait to start!:)

    You did really well previously, you can do it again. I have only been on plan 5 weeks, so don't feel qualified to give you tips. Good luck tho

    You know the plan, and know it works, so that is half the battle!

    Some tips,

    * Read the info for newbies thread
    * Try and plan ahead best you can - especially important when going out etc.
    * Don't weigh everyday - only at your official weigh in
    * Keep track of your measurements as well as weight, so if you have a bad couple of weeks, you can be reassured knowing you are losing inches as well as lbs.
    * Make sure you use the plan to your full advantage, fill up on free foods, weigh your HE's properly and use all 15 syns a day - then when you are closer to taget you have something to cut back on if you are struggling.

    Great advice from Squiddie (as usual). I'm biased, but I'd try Extra Easy . It's SO much simpler than red/green. Good luck! Nice to have you here!
